I've been listening to this song all week and i thought it would only make sense for me to share it on my blog. I don't know what exactly i like so much about the song... I think it's a combination of the harsh base and guitar, the rhythmic percussion and i also really like the singers voice. I'm not the biggest fan of the music video for this song mainly because the story line is about werewolves which is really cliche for a song called wolf like me. Thought the music video is disappointing, the song is far better than the music video!

Florence and the Machine has such an eclectic sound that mixes folk with a bit of soul. When i downloaded this song after i heard it on youtube it sounded so different on the downloaded version. There was a lot of electric guitar and it was a much slower tempo. Personally i like this version in the park better than the recording. The drumming on the rails is really original, the bells just add to why i love this version and of course her voice is amazing. She has such a powerful voice which i really admire and her song lyrics are also one of a kind.

I know there is no music video to go with this song but i think the song is so great on it's own that it doesn't need a music video. I love everything about Bon Iver. The voice and the acoustic guitar work so wonderfully together in all of Bon Ivers songs. Out of all Bon Ivers songs i chose to share this one because it was the first song of theirs i discovered and the lyrics are at least a little bit understandable. I've listened to this song so many times and I'm still uncertain of the meaning of the song. Another reason i love Bon Ivers music is that there is so much room for interpretation of the songs meanings. Feel free to interpret this song as you want and if you like Bon Iver look up the album "For Emma, Forever ago"

This song is the sweetest thing i have ever heard. When people write love songs for the people they love they can go one of two ways; extremely cheesy and lame or heartfelt and real. This song is one of those songs that make your heart swell it is so sweet! I also like how simple the video is and how Dallas Green mentions everyone who worked on it as well as who the girl in the park is.
Tegan and Sara are so amazingly talented and i love love love their songs. This is one of my favorites and i wanted to find a live version of them singing to show how amazing they are live. Tegan and Sara are sisters that write there own original songs and they sing beautiful harmonies together. If you like what you hear i recommend listening to some of their other songs like 'Walking with a Ghost', 'Nineteen', and 'Call it Off'.

Since i got some good feed back from my last video of Arcade Fire i am posting another song of theirs i really enjoy. I saw a fireworks a while ago and this song was playing and i thought the fireworks and the song meshed very well together. I like how in the music video the lighting almost has a glow effect to it and it reminds me of the firework show. Another reason i am posting this song is because my friend wanted to here more songs by Arcade Fire so here's another one of my favorites. Hope you like it!

I'm not so sure what the fighting with the drum sticks near the end is about... LOL. But anyways this is one of my favorite songs off their album Funeral which my friend gave to me a few years ago for christmas and i still listen to it a lot. The thing i like a lot about arcade fire is that they sound the same on the CD as they do live which is pretty rare. I love the use of violins and bells in their songs i think they are very original and refreshing, it's a break from all the auto-tune a lot of artists use these days.
